Step 2: Cutting Room QC

Step 3: In-Line Sewing Inspection
QC supervisors patrol all sewing stations to check stitch tightness, seam flatness and construction details. Production will pause once abnormal issues are found.
Step 4: Finished Garment Inspection
All finished clothes go through full measurement test, appearance check, accessory test and ironing. Items failing AQL 2.5 standard will be reworked or eliminated.
Step 5: Pre-Shipment Final Audit
Random batch inspection before packing to unify quality across all sizes & colors. Your order can only be shipped after full pass.
